Description
ABLE grade-80 alloy lifting chain, heat-treated and proof-tested, produced on German WAFIOS automatic knitting, spot-welding, calibrating and heat-treatment lines. Two types: the AW-80 Hoisting Chain to EN 818-7 (for hoists and chain blocks) in Ø 5–11.2 mm, WLL 0.65–3.8 t; and the CF-80 Lifting Sling Chain to EN 818-2 (for chain slings) in Ø 6–32 mm, WLL 1.12–32.2 t at a 4:1 design factor with proof load 28.3–804 kN. Alloy steel with 12–20% elongation and a 4:1 safety factor (5:1 for Grade 100), finished black-matt, gold-galvanized or chrome-coated, and permanently embossed with maker, steel grade (T8) and batch number for traceability.
