Description
Eight-strand plaited polypropylene (polyolefin) rope for marine, mooring and general use. Lightweight and buoyant — it floats — with good UV resistance and a smooth white finish carrying a coloured tracer. The torque-balanced 8-strand construction is easy to splice, coil and handle. Diameters Ø 24–120 mm with unspliced minimum breaking load from 8 t up to 195 t; weight tolerance ±5% to ISO 2307 and line design break force (LDBF) rated to OCIMF Mooring Equipment Guidelines 4 (MEG4). A 12-strand PP Multi variant is also offered for mooring, tugging and fishing.
